Kristoffer Kristofferson (Brownsville, Texas, 22 de junio de 1936) es un compositor de música country, actor y cantante estadounidense conocido por canciones como «Me and Bobby McGee», «For the Good Times», «Sunday Mornin’ Comin’ Down», y «Help Me Make It Through the Night». Además de componer la mayor parte de su trabajo como músico, ha colaborado con otras figuras de la escena musical de Nashville como Shel Silverstein o Fred Foster. En 1985, Kristofferson formó el supergrupo The Highwaymen con Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson y Johnny Cash. En 2004, entró en el Museo y Salón de la Fama del Country.
